Lake Como (Lario), with its characteristic upside-down Y shape, is located at the foot of the Alps between Switzerland and the Po Valley. Its waters reflect fantastic landscapes, elegant villas, flowering gardens and parks in a romantic atmosphere that has the flavour of the past.
In a few kilometers we can go from the high mountain to the lake, from the wild alpine valleys to the hill, from the City area to the villages of little houses, from the faunal oasis to the ski tracks.
Few places are as romantic as Lake Como, and even fewer resorts as beautiful as Bellagio. The “Pearl of the Lake”, Bellagio’s world class hotels and restaurants provide the perfect place to soak up the lake’s famous panorama. The village is characterised by century-old buildings, stone lanes and picturesque cobbled stairways filled with shops showcasing the finest Italian wares.
Civil Weddings in Bellagio have their beautiful venue in a lovely 18th century Villa on the lake; small and intimate, with lake views and sunshine. Mediterranean vegetation and palm trees in the nice garden and a stone courtyard. The interior is elegant with a famous library furnished with antiques.

Varenna lies on the east shore of the Lake and it’s called the “pearl of Lake Como” .
In Varenna the Lake becomes majestic: the tip of Bellagio juts out in the centre, on the coast the towns of Cadenabbia, Menaggio, and Acquaseria are spread while northward the enormous azure mirror seems to lap the gigantic terraces of the Mesolcina chain. The village of Varenna is articulated in a reticulum of alleys that steeply descend towards Lake Como, where the houses reflect on the water as they do in certain areas of Liguria.
Varenna Religious Weddings are celebrated in S. Giorgio parish curch, right in Varenna’s hystorical center.
The big church, established in 1313, has three naves and its façade is enriched by a big fresco portraying Saint Christopher.
