Taormina, the pearl of the Mediterranean.
As soon as you arrive in Taormina, you feel the magical, mythical atmosphere wihch enchated visitors form all over the world for years and years. Built up on a hill, it overlooks the Bay of Naxos and on the Southern side it dominates the shape of highest still active volcano in Europe, Mt. Etna.
Nowadays visitors can still find fine examples of Taormina’s golden times and traces of past civilations who lived here: the splendid Greek Theatre, the 13th century Cathedral of Saint Nicolò, the 16th century Palace of the Dukes of Saint Stefano, the Public Gardens, and many others.

Palazzo Duca di Santo Stefano is surely one of the masterpieces of Sicilian Gothic art, in which the elements of Arabian and Norman art merge. Civil ceremony are hold on first floor, reacheable by an external staircase. On the Hall, there are about 40 chairs and the maximum capacity is of about 70/80 persons staingd up.
